Privacy policy
We collect what an online shop needs to work and nothing we cannot justify. This page describes what we hold, why, and how to get rid of it. Last updated 29 August 2026.
What we collect
Your name, email, mobile number and delivery address so we can take payment and get a parcel to you. Order history, saved sizes and saved items so the site is useful on your second visit. Basic device and page data so we can tell which parts of the site are broken.
Payments
Card and UPI details never reach our servers. Payments run through a PCI-DSS compliant Indian payment gateway; we only ever see the last four digits and whether the charge succeeded.
Why we use it
To fulfil orders, handle returns, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and send order updates. Marketing email is opt-in and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: DTDC for delivery, our payment gateway for the transaction, and our email and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are retained for eight years as Indian tax law requires. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account.
Your choices
Write to privacy@aurabey.com to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold on you. We respond within 30 days. You can also clear cookies at any time; the site will still work, it will just forget your bag.
