Who we are
Aurabey is a multi-brand clothing retailer operating in India, selling third-party labels alongside its own line. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm dispatch. If a piece turns out to be out of stock or mispriced we will tell you and refund in full rather than substitute something else.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout; we do not offer cash on delivery. Prices can change but never after your order is confirmed.
Delivery and risk
We ship within India only, through DTDC. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
Returns
Our returns policy forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights under Indian consumer law.
Brand names and images
Third-party brand names and trade marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the goods we sell. Aurabey's own name, logo, copy and photography remain ours; do not reuse them without written permission.
Accounts
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, resale abuse or repeated unjustified chargebacks.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction. Questions go to legal@aurabey.com.
