How do sizes work across different labels?
Every label we carry is remapped onto one Aurabey chart, so an L is an L whether the piece came from H&M, Zara or our own line. Each product page lists the fit (oversized, boxy, relaxed, tapered) and the measured chest and length for that size.
Are the products authentic?
Yes. We buy through authorised channels only and every order ships with its original brand tags and labelling intact. Anything that arrives without them can be returned at our cost.
How long does delivery take?
We ship with DTDC. Metro cities receive orders in about 48 hours on Express and 3 to 5 working days on Standard. Other pin codes take 4 to 7 working days. You get a tracking link by SMS and email once the parcel is picked up.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is Rs 99 and free on orders above Rs 2,499. Express is Rs 149 flat. Both are quoted at checkout before you pay.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid through UPI, cards or netbanking. This keeps our prices lower and our return rate honest.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes. Every price on the site is in Indian rupees and includes GST. There are no duties, handling fees or surprises added at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
You can cancel any time before the parcel is handed to DTDC, usually within a few hours of ordering, from Account then Orders. After pickup, use the returns process instead.
