Returns and exchanges
Fourteen days, one pickup, no questions about why. Clothing is hard to judge on a screen and we would rather you send something back than keep a piece you do not wear.
The window
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to raise a return or exchange. Raise it from Account then Orders, or reply to your order confirmation email.
Condition
Pieces must be unworn and unwashed with original brand tags attached. Try things on, walk around indoors, keep the tags on. Innerwear and any item marked final sale cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Pickup
We arrange one free DTDC reverse pickup per order from the address you ordered to. Keep the item in its original packaging. If DTDC does not service reverse pickup at your pin code we reimburse a self-shipped courier up to Rs 150.
Exchanges
Exchanges are for a different size or colour of the same piece, subject to stock. We ship the replacement as soon as the original is picked up rather than waiting for it to reach the warehouse.
Refunds
Once the piece reaches us and passes a quick condition check, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Shipping charges paid on the original order are refunded only if the return is due to a defect or a wrong item.
Wrong or damaged items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph and we cover everything: pickup, replacement or a full refund including shipping. This sits outside the 14-day window.
